Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided items remain unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Certain items, including altered garments and final sale pieces, are not eligible for return.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
