Return & Refund Policy

Adorsoin (“Adorsoin”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to delivering garments of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a considered and transparent return process for orders placed through adorsoin.com.

Returns are accepted when a request is made within 14 days of delivery, provided that items remain unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Adorsoin reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards, in order to maintain the integrity of our products.

Certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, including altered garments, items marked as final sale, and gift cards.

To initiate a return, you may contact care@adorsoin.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions will be provided. Unless the item received is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service, as Adorsoin is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable. Any applicable fees for returning shipments must be prepaid; otherwise, the return may not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure compliance with our return conditions. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing timelines may vary depending on financial institutions, but generally include a short inspection period followed by standard banking processing times.

Where available, exchanges may be offered subject to product availability. If a requested replacement is not available, a refund will be processed accordingly.

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within five days of delivery by contacting care@adorsoin.com with relevant details and supporting images. In such cases, Adorsoin will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

Orders may be cancelled within a limited timeframe prior to processing. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds do not include original shipping charges, customs duties, or return shipping costs, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you believe your refund has not been received, we recommend first contacting your bank or payment provider. Should further assistance be required, our customer care team remains available to support you.

Consumer Rights & Compliance

In accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with their orders and returns.
